how do you upload a photo more than 2mb?

Nobody wants to download a 2mb picture. Resize it on your PC to make it smaller than 2MB smile.

Windows Vista+ can do this for you

As Xenocide said, a 2mb+ picture is rather large to be uploading or downloading. You really need to resize it first. What version of Windows are you using?
