Just got car back for a week or so as they can't finish it due to moving to another unit. got it home and put stero front on and it doesn't work also the alarm goes on but doors don't lock?
Would these be on the same fuse? checked all the ones from the front footwell and they all look good?

Well the wipes stopped working also and the internal fan. The wipers worked for a bit (very slow) and then just stopped.
We think its voltage drop. They moved all the relays from teh engine bay to inside the car so we susspect possibly something has coroded and been disturbed.
It goes back Friday.

I've had a similar problem with mine recently - the alarm was arming OK but the doors weren't locking. There was no problem unlocking.. I could hear the mechanism working, but nothing at all when trying to lock it.
My problem was water ingress in the Central Locking Interface, which was mounted right underneath the air-con pipes over the fuse box. I think over time condensation had been running down the CLI loom into the connector. There was actually water in the CLI box itself.
Got a new one from here:

I spoke to Phil Slater there who was very helpful. Useful to know if you've got any Autowatch problems.
It was actually corrosion in the connector that gave me the problem, but the new CLI came with this too. 15 minute job, cost less than a tenner. All working fine now. Happy bunny

My, locking issue was the actual control unit. My Garage managed to get a replacement for £70. When I picked the car up they gave me the rest of the box. It was £70 for a wshole new alram so I have a load of spare bits now. :-)
The only thing that stil doesn't work are the internal fans.
Believe this maybe the resistor pack.
