Would places like etyres be able to fit tyres for you that you already have or do they work purely on a basis of having to buy tyres from them first?

Smaller places more likely, some will even take in delivery for you.

Fitting, balancing and old tyre disposal will likely cost about £8-£12 a corner buying that on its own.

Go to your local back street garage and bung them a few bob. Or call a mobile tyre fitter.
