Top find, fella thumbup

The lack of engine, bulkhead, seats, backdoor, interior (what there was anyway!) or gearbox are pretty minor really. At least everything else looks pretty sound!!

Seriously, good work!

ETA. Just looked a the pics again & it seems the left rear panel is straight! That'll save £60 on the Paddocks order hehe

Plan is sto strip it down fix the chassis fit a 2.25 diesel and a series box before building back up without touching the panels or paint. No rush to get it done can take my time to make sure its all done right with out having to bodge it

Nice to see one getting saved. My uncle has a rear body from one of these lying around, can't remember if it's from an 80" or 88" tho. PM me if its of any use to you, don't think he was wanting much for it

Niice

Does the 2.25 diesel go in the 80? Thought the 2.0 original diesel was too large for the earlier chassis as it was (hence the move from 86-107 to 88-109).

You learn something new everyday smile

Good luck with that, going to be a large amount of work on that. Planning on my first Landie soon but I'm thinking 109 IIA with a 200Tdi cloud9
