Little help with HDMI wiring

Just need a little with knowing whats the best thing to do with this setup. I have an lcd tv that has only two HDMI sockets. This has to connect to and xbox 360 which is running through HDMI and a blu ray player that is through HDMI. But i have just had a deal on this- http://www.sony.co.uk/product/hcs-cinema-surround-... for £169. I have been told this had 1 x HDMI input and 3 x HDMI out. Am i right in thinking that i can connect one HDMI cable to the surround sound and then take HDMI cables from the outputs on the surround sound to the xbox 360 and blu ray? If i'm barking up the wrong tree what would you guys recommend? Thanks for your time in advance.

Job done, sound from cheap nasty surround, visuals looped through to the TV.
