can you identify these parts?

Hello

Could you identify and say what size the following is please?

Looking to order the following from a car parts supplier.

There appears to be a number of different discs from 295mm, 300, and then 312mm. Tried measuring mine but with such small tolerances not sure if I will be getting the right ones.

A211 421 09 12 discs
A004 420 90 20 pads

Do I need to replace the sender unit and sensor wire or just buy them in case the existing ones get damaged? I was going to get two for the front since only the front needs doing.
