My ideal:

Beautiful scenery, quiet villages, quiet hotel / cottages
No chav nightlife, hen nights, stag dos
Countryside walks, bike hire, boating etc
Long weekend
Warm - June

Doesn't specifically have to be UK, willing to look at Europe too

Thinking Cornwall but wondering where in Europe might be worth considering. Done Normandy recently so that's out.

North Devon has it all, Hartland Point,Lundy and the most perfect costal walks and country pubs. The Lake District is also lovely if the weather is nice!!
If you go to Europe then I can highly recommed Italy and Lake Como - Stunning scenery, walks, gardens and Bellagio - Perfect! - take a cheap flight to Milan, Hire a car and meander your way to Como.

Suffolk or Norfolk.......east coast has the driest weather in the UK which counts for a lot when your wish list is outside activities. The other thing about Norfolk in partcicular is that there is little traffic, it's not on the way to anywhere...

I just spent the weekend at Pontfaen House with 9 good friends. Excellent weekend in a lovely house, quiet location, good walks coastal and mountain, very quirky local pub and (amazingly) fantastic weather.

Just spent a long weekend on Skye, everything you want in one decent package! Visit the Talisker distellery while you are there for added bonus points!
