I would like to get under my Tam to have a good look and a bit of a clean and have been spurred on by the excellent timber ramps ( Barry Ashcroft I think )
Do owners have any preferred method for getting up on axle stands , i don't think it would be a good idea to lift one corner too far as this must stress the screed even with the roof on . Does anybody get the car a few inches up then jack from the centre lifting the front then the back .
It might be a simple question but i don't want to break anything .

We drive the T350 onto a few 3cm ish pieces of wood. This then gives enough clearance to get our jack under.
Then depending on whether I'm there to help. If I'm not, its just my dad, one wheel will be jacked up a bit, block of wood under it, then move round each wheel going up a bit until required height is reached.
Or if I'm there, we can use two jacks and jack the back up equally, blocks of wood under, then jack up the front.
