Fault code 8 - low voltage

Just giving the car a bit of an airing and after about 45 mins get a fault code 8 - battery less than 11.3v pop up on the dash. I'd only just filled it up and it had started perfectly well 5 mins before. I was accelerating fairly hard at the time the warning popped up. Any ideas?

100 Amp fuse? Certainly sounds like it.

Check what the voltage is sitting at whilst the engine is at idle; if it's below 13-13.5v then you'd best check the 100A fuse. It sits underneath the airbox against the bulkhead; check it both physically adn with a fluke as ours had a hairline crack in it that didn't show up with the fluke, but caused all sorts of weird issues for a few days!
