So you're planning to lower the best part of 2 tonnes of car onto the ground to be supported by 4 discs of plywood that you have drilled a hub spigot and wheelnut holes into?
I've seen narrow transport wheels manufactured and fitted to single seater racing cars to get them into their transporters, but those cars are a third of the weight, and they aren't normally plywood.
Plywood may be stronger enough on paper to support the load in a single direction, however the car has camber in the suspension which will apply the load away from vertical, and the suspension will sag, and drag the wheels across the ground as the weight is lowered onto the ply wheels.
If it works, there will be no damage to the car. If it doesn't the damage could be extensive to the car, and the poor sod with the jack stood next to it.
If ply is abundant, pile it up to use as axle stands. Not ideal, but far far safer.
