Have NIP, Don't know who was driving?

I'd appreciate advice from anyone in the know! The thing is, I moved house around the time of the NIP, therefore didn't receive it. It was'nt until the tenants of my parents previous house were finally evicted that I was aware of this. It's now over 4 months that my car was caught, and I'm not sure who was driving as I live in Wales and my grand-parents have suffered strokes in Bristol. A few members of my family use my car as it's the most comfertable on a long journey. If the photo from the M4 doesn't show who was driving, what should I do?

chances are that if you havnt had anything else turn up (i.e another nip) then forget about it.

there was a story about a scamera on the m4 being wrongly set and nicked loads of people who werent exceeding the speed limit.....im sure that these cases have supposedly been dropped.
