PCN Aaaargh!!!

First fine of any sort since 1980ish, parking ticket, fair cop, overstayed. No complaint about that side.

The reason why overstayed is somewhat irritating though, being second appointment of the day timed 9:10 at the quack, I think it was reasonable to allow an extra 45 minutes before I was timed out in my parking slot @ 9:55.

Appointment as I say @ 9:10, called into surgery @ 9:58; chanced it that no enforcement in town today and lost. Grrrr grizzle grizzle chunter.
