Is there a 'Birth Control/Birth Restriction' thread?

I've tried searching but not found one - which I am slightly surprised about given the problems with over population (to some extent) and the benefits culture we live in.

Have I missed one, or should we just make this one?

Apparently the most likely thing, going by correlation, to make a woman infertile is education. The more of it they have the less children they have.
