What a top spec Quantum Extreme worth ?

What would a top spec, brand new Quantum Extreme be worth ?

Its was built by a friend whos a bit of a perfectionist, top spec motor and gearbox (Duratec Mountune engine with a sequential box), about 220 bhp I think.

Only about 30 miles on the clock and perfect condition.

Usual answer is what someone will pay for it, and I expect that someone would want a lot more info than that. Is it on a new reg, for instance.

Maybe as a very broad rule of thumb, maybe 2/3 of what it cost to build (would be a good starting point anyway

I haven't got full details I'm afraid but I know it will be bloody nice !! Just can't seem to find many for sale. Its probably on a 09/59 plate as I know he took it to Stoneleigh last year - thats what put the mileage on it !!

Well, I know how much it cost him and if he got 2/3 he will be happy !!(I know he already wants a bit under that)

I've been keeping my eyes open for one and haven't seen one above £6,000 yet. If it is as good as you say, would guess at £8,000 ish. However, if he's put a Hewland or Elite Racing sequential box in, maybe a little more?
