Picked this up from Tescos for £3:00. Probably the best £3:00 I've ever spent! I bought because I had an inkling that it was supposed to be good....and it was. A totally outstanding film drawing on your emotions in such an incredible way, an amazing story, wonderful acting and cinematography. If I told you it was about two boys growing up in Afganistan and how one relatively small incident affects their lives for ever and that 50% of the film is subtitled it may put you off...don't let it. It Knocks spots off of Slumdog Millionaire...see it!

It's a fantastic book too, read it last year on holiday.

Got the film out after that, good film, but have to say I preferred the book, but it always seems to be that way, rarely does a film live up to what you can conjure up in your head, highly recommend read.
