leaking Exhaust Gasket

OK, sent my injectors off to Austec today for servicing/cleaning. In doing so discovered I have a small leak around the exhaust gasket (I hope - no signs of a split), usual ticking sound etc. Just wondered if there are any engine running issues with this apart from cabin filling up with CO, noisy etc
