My local independent's incompetent

Got a flyer for my local independent this morning... thought I'd check out his website and see if I agree with him. Only I can't, because it's broken and has remained broken all day.

With some googling I found another page with some of his policies on, and sent him an email to get him to clarify others (no reply yet). Bit of a PR disaster though, really. I assume lots of other people who got the flyer also tried to have a look and gave up there. No deposit retention for him I'm guessing.
It shocked me a bit to be honest. Personally, if I was going to the trouble of standing I'd actually want to make a fair stab at it, otherwise what's the point?

I have 2 independents running. One for 'The Pirate Party' and another call 'Cap'n Tom' who split from The Pirate Party so is an independent, independent. Cap'n Tom cites his best achievement as coming second in the Barry Island 'Dance, Dance, Revolution' dance mat competition! No I don't live on/in Barry Island
