Seems to be a few places left for £145.

Never done this venue before, what's it like, any feedback appreciated.

Fast straights and lots of run offs. There's a fairly good mix of corners; I prefer it to Silverstone's National circuit which is probably the closest match.

It should suit the TVR well and since Jonathan Palmer took over the facilities have been improving all the time.

It's pretty exposed so can get quite cold when it's windy.

Just checked and is now full furious, should have booked earlier!

A touch of "He who dares Rodney", I guess.

Snetterton is simply brilliant as a track day venue.

It's a circuit where fast and slow cars (and drivers) can be on track without hindering each other and whilst it seems a simple layout it's got so many subtle variations and challanges you can go round and round and round and still learn more.

Our experience is that is doesn't have the rather frantic nature of, say, Brands Indy.

We love it.

Snet is my local track and the more times I go there the more I appreciate how deceptively simple it looks...

One where no matter how good you are if you don't know it well you would be well advised to get someone who does to take you round / go round with you for a few laps.

Just a quick heads up that our website is down at the moment for unknown reasons that we are trying to fix. Still 2 places left on Monday (had a drop out). If you want to book you will have to email (enquiries@bhptrackdays.co.uk) or phone 07515850699

Out of interest could those attending mention here what sort of speed they get on that back straight. My Locost was flat out for so much of it so it would be good to know what a fast car with a speedometer makes of it...

225kph in the SR3, which is a gnats under 140. (we really must RTFM for the dash and get it into MPH)
