88 Bronco ll Fuel Problems

I've got a ford bronco ll w/v6 2.9l..
I just got done replacing the right side header (stock replacing stock).. I parked it about three weeks ago. Got the header put on and now all kinds of things r wrong.. The fuel pumps wont come on when i turn the switch.. All my relays r good.. My inertia switch is good..BUT, im not even getting power to my inertia switch nor to my fuel pump relay.. the only thing i can think of is the EEC IV.. ima bout to blow it up!
Anybody got a clue as to how i can fix the problem? Any help would be nice.. Ive been workin on the problem for a week now and i caint figure it out..
