Hi all, feel i need to sing the praises of a local garage to me as usually all we hear about is rip off merchants.

THE WALTON ROAD GARAGE IN East Molesey, surrey, kt8 0df.

phoned yesteday with regards to take a look and retighten handbreak on my shed I use for work,
"sure, bring it in at 9am and we will take alook"
sure as eggs are eggs, at 9am i show up, at 09.05am its on a jack, and by 09.20 callipers are cleaned, handbreak is tightened and
because i have been to this garage a couple of times this 20 min job cost me nothing,
not a penny, no labour cost,
now to me thats good service, im on a low wage so to have a garage look, and do some quick work for free to me is pricless,

so to the good people at the WALTON GARAGE, THANK YOU

Tom H

That's ok - your commission from this sales job should see you right in future!

commission, not likely, im affraid two things are working against me, first off, when it comes to anything mechanical im a total virgin!! (please no sex gags)

and secondly i have as much selling experiance as a salad sandwhich.

That was great, rare these days too.

I have one to nominate too.

AAK Tyres (they do servicing and repairs too btw), in Whitstable, Kent.

They have done a few jobs for me, the last was fit a set of inner tubes and tyres to a set of new wire wheels for my MG for me and they had to supply a new tube (as camskill sent the wrong size) and all AAK asked was £20.

They also removed a set of tyres from my Audi wheels and fitted them to me new wheels and balanced and fitted them to the car (perfectly balanced too) and they asked just £30 for that too (including disposal of old tyres).

Is it worth having a recommended garage sticky at the top of the page, and that being divided into reigons?
