Roofing felt - small(ish) square needed

Hello,

I am after about 18" square of roofing felt but can only find sodding great rolls of it. Does anyone know of anywhere in the South Bucks area where I might be able to get such a small amount?

1/2 a roll of Torch-on in my garage in St. Albans going free.

In fact 1/2 a roll of each of the priming felt and the top coat
