Currently in the garage with a lot of head scratching going on!

The car under moderate acceleration is missing & coming up with fault codes.

Plugs have all being replaced but no change.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

Blocked fuel filter/weak fuel pump/ vacuum leak?

I'd be thinking electrical, and ignition related. Coil packs maybe.

Friend had a 325 which exhibited really rough running and misfires, and that was traced back to the coil packs.

Update - After a new set of plugs, replacement emission pipes & finally new cats ( both ) it is running like a V8 should.

Not sure I want to sell it now, but if I do someone is going to pick up a well sorted motor.

PS - this BM unit sits in an L322 Range Rover.
