High Level Brake Light for MK1

Is there a high level brake light that matches the high level indicators for a MK1 Tuscan and any ideas where I could buy one?

There was one fitted as standard to later cars so maybe able to get one the right colour from one of the breakers.

I just bought one from Halfords. I modified the "end bits" and it's attached with velcro (in case I get fed up with it). It looks fine and works OK too.
