Mk 2 1999, 167k with a supercharger....

Oil - semi or fully synthetic, 10w 40 or 5w 40?

What do the collective think are the best for brake fluid (needs changing), coolant, transmission oil and diff oil....?

I'd go for a 5w/40 full synthetic for that I think. Redline shockproof gearbox oil seems to have a good reputation too.

i think shockproof is a mineral oil - better to get a fully synthetic i reckon, i'd go for silkolene, or redline do some other gear oils that might be more suitable. i use castrol SMX-S in mine as it helps with teh notchy shift from 2-3 when cold
