BMW 328i

i recently purchased a bmw 328i. I had to change the radiator and have the car bled properly. Thats now done apart from a good service. Now the problem is that i have not got the interior fan heater working properly. It comes on after about 15 minutes and its not hot when the hot air is selected. Why? It was working. Also when the engine is hot then turning it off if you take the oil filler cap off there is oil smoke.Is this due to the breathers needing cleaning? The engine sounds sweet as a nut and no smoke coming from the exhaust. Please advise. Also the roof wont go back completely. Motor works any advise on a reasonable mechanic who could fix this. Im in bristol. Kind regards

Try raising the front of the car up on a small ramp or something, turn the heater to full whack take the rad cap off and turn the engine on - might be lucky and clear the air out of the system.
