On Eurosport now. It's wet!

One of the Audis went off on the warm up lap and they are doing repairs already.

What are you doing on PH General Motorsport if you don't know more about motorsport than the commentators? wink

biggrin I am a poor humble viewer, I want to hear and understand the sparks of info and knowledge that only the commentators can give you!

redcard God damn, what am I saying!!!

...

On a tangent: this sparked an idea! What if the "new cock" Legard were forced to speak in a different language... like maybe Swahili, that way when he spews crap at least you wouldn't understand and wish that you filled your ears with a red hot pokers so didn't just hear his dribble... moan

banghead Sorry to go of like that I'm still suffering from watching yesterdays F1 qualifying...

Any one else getting the Spa live stream and it not displaying right (is displayed 4:3 and should be wide screen?)???

Or... Imagine Carlton Kirby was doing F1 instead of Legard...

It was hard enough to keep track of what was going on with Eurosport's programming schedule and a power cut at the circuit. Add Carlton Kirby into the mix and it's complete chaos.

The race was Red-Flagged due to a large powercut, I suspect television cameras are not battery powered which may explain the lack of coverage.

Nothing to get really excited about and it was very cold, the results could easily have changed especially will all the stop/starting, power cut and lovely rain. Don't think it is really a good indicator for Le Mans.

Indeed, especially as Peugeot and Audi were running different aero configurations, Audi concentrating on low down force ie: Le Mans and the cheaty protest anything that moves team running high down force specifically for Spa.

It was a very good race in its own right, the Bourdais, Capello dice was excellent fare

We have F1 teams competing in the LMS?

I believe the phrase you were looking for was 'The Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey Team'.

No, I think I was correct. Peugeot's willingness to protest anything and everything at the drop of a hat is becoming rather tiresome.

I was at the track but with the power failure and crummy RLM coverage on the far side of the circuit I'm still unsure about what happened to some cars in certain incidents!

I'm looking forward to the Eurosport highlights smile

Will have some pictures up later this evening.

Tom Kristensen was driving with a damage achilles, which he ruptured 3 weeks before David Beckham.

Now THATS dedication!!
