Sounds like a Cup Jam - that has then locked the Carousel.
Take out all the cup stacks, and clear any obstruction to the Splitter mechanism - located above the hole where the cup falls through to the Black Arm.
There are 2 motor drives - 1 for the rotating Carousel and another for the Blak Arm. Ran from a Cam drive. If a Cup jam has blocked either machanism, the machine will go P.C.O.
The machine might try and clear itself when the cups are removed. You can operate the machine with the door open... Push a stubby screwdriver in the Square hole top right if the cabinet - (door closed switch)
Be aware the machine is LIVE. you can gently give the arm a nudge to clear the jam or lock up.
HTH..!

Just what is the point of suggesting something useful! Just tell him MX-5, and job done!Take out all the cup stacks, and clear any obstruction to the Splitter mechanism - located above the hole where the cup falls through to the Black Arm.

How long have you been waiting for this topic to come up?Take out all the cup stacks, and clear any obstruction to the Splitter mechanism - located above the hole where the cup falls through to the Black Arm.

Ok, apologies for resurrecting an old thread;
Just acquired a Klux Outlook 600 machine for cheap. Problem is that none of the lights or digital display on the door want to turn on. It's like there's simply zero power to the boards on the door.
Other stuff seems to work - water heats up, carousel turns, etc but nothing on the door operates.
Anyone got any suggestions as to what to look for.
