E46 M3 Question

Could any of you guys make any suggestions with a running issue i've noticed with my M3 after having it recently serviced.

I have recently had a inspection II service carried including valve clearances, I've noticed that when the car is fully warmed it has a slight irregular misfire, this doesn't happen when cold and when driving I don't notice any misfire's. Could it be a faulty spark plug or anything more sinister ?

Could be a number of things seeing as you have just had an inspection II.
Might be a duff plug, Plug cap not put on correct or poss one of the coil packs on its way out.
