Recently, there was a thread discussing Tit Monday, also known as the first day of decent weather per year.

Today, although it was cold, it was also sunny, and dry. I did about 400 miles of hooning in the twisties on Saturday, but didn't pass much at all. Today, it's a totally different story.

Just on the drive from Newcastle to Manchester, I passed:

2 360's
328 (fit milf driver, too)
599
575m

many, many 986 boxsters
911 GT2
996C4s (looked lush, too)
your normal rabble of air cooled cars
964 T in black, looked stunning.

3 Caterhams (in convoy)

4 Elise / Exiges, mainly S2 but 1 S1

Nissan GTR

and a group of hot VW's, maily modded golfs and polos.

I think it must be Octane Sunday, because I can't see a reason for that much metal on a normal day. Britcar was at Croft, but all were heading North (car C2S and Milf-328).

Anyone else spotted an unusually high number of proper cars today?

I saw a lovely orange Tuscan in Oxford just over a week ago and a soft top 360 in Birmingham on the same day - I assumed that meant automotive tit Monday had arrived.

I'd say no, largely because it was Sunday

Nope two weeks ago when it was hot was.

Saturday I had an al-fresco feast in Richmond Park, I was told to find a decent spot that wasn't near the road, but I made sure it was in full view as some of the exotica passing through was not to be missed!!!
