[Nice to have] menu at the bottom of the screen

How about a copy of the top menu bar at the bottom of the forums page. So when you get to the bottom of a thread and you want to go back to "What's new" or the like you don't have to scroll back up.

I know call me lazy, but I need to stop my finger from getting RSI!
