The little fat bloke in all the Lib Dem interviews

I've been a bit glued to the screen and have noticed that during lots of news interviews (especially with Lib Dems) there's a fat bloke, who looks like Andy from Little Britain, hovering in the background.

Anyone else noticed him? He's got a hint of the ginge about him so may be Danny Alexander's uglier brother... or just a crazed groupie.

I know who you mean but he doesn't just hang around the back of Lib-Dem interviews, now you've noticed him you'll see him around the back of a large number of outside broadcasts shot in London. He was originally pointed out to me by some TV program or another sometime ago and he really does pop up all over the place.
