After the grief I have suffered from Dazren I feel it is only right to reveal my new car here my spiritual home
Mrs C3 has sqandered most of the GT3 fund on Slate, Granite Stainless Steel and Plasma

So it will have to wait another year

So to fill the gap I have picked up a new VX220T equipped only with seats and a steering wheel
Will be having a few subtle engine mods to bring it up to 300bhp per tonne
And will get some track days done this year (roll on the next Brunters)

Nice one Gary...the grapevine mentioned that this was likely to be your next steed.
A fantastic car, I recently had one behind me on a B road hoon...the main reason it was behind me was that I didn't pull over to let him pass....clearly driven by a touring car driver of summat?

A chipped one of those will surely have similar performance of a GT3 up to 120mph anyhow.

An excellent choice of purist driving car. Good for honing your drifting/sliding skills on before moving onto a GT3 or one of those 4WD turbo charged cheating machines.

Look forward to seeing it. Are you spectating at Brunters later this month?

Lots of tuning info available there - current record is (I think) Thorney's 290 or so bhp, with a similar amount of torque.

Yeah but thats only coz of some crackers organisation which sees England play their first Euro04 game on the same Sunday as Le Mans. Tough choice but the footy just pipped it.

Yes built alongside the Elise but with a better engine (more tunable at least)
