Any one else have as much issues lining the rear clips up as me? The drivers side clip lines up great but the passanger side one is around 2mm to far back compaired to the pin (the pin is as far towards the screen as possible). I always end up having to push down on the bonnet whilst leaning over to the fans and basicly wiggle the bonnet around, this can take anything from 20 - 40min as well (as well as a lot of shouting lol).

Soooo anyone else have this issue?

mine is a bit of a tricky one to get back in place although after picking up the sledge hammer it seems to drop into place without using it !

that doesn't sound right mate. Usual suspect - is it caught in the washer fluid hose? Other than that mines has got a little problem where the fans aren't properly aligned but it still fits on after on 10 or so seconds fiddling.
