What's this on the chassis?

Is it just typical grease/grime build up? Do you think it's anything to worry about? It's a very low mileage car.

Looks like lots of waxoil to me. Not pretty but good stuff.

+1 Waxoil.

Somebody has probably paid good money to have that sprayed there. They very rarely have corrosion issues on that part of the chassis as the engine heat keeps everything dry but consider leaving it looking ugly but well protected everywhere else.
