I'd like to share my experience of having my recently purchased 2006 Porsche 997 C4S professional valeted and detailed by Nigel Tipping. Whilst this kind of service might appear to be readily avaliable it should be acknowledged that the attention to detail of Nigel's workmanship must be differenciated from the rest of the field.

The condition of my 997 was even better than the morning I collected it only 3 months ago from the Porsche dealership with exterior, interior and engine bay literally immaculate. I've had my previous cars valeted elsewhere but it should be noted that this is a different class

Having spent almost an hour gassing away when I collected my car it was so refreshing to speak to someone who is so passionate about their profession. I now know that with nearly 30 years experience in the business Nigel has worked on over 50 SLRs including Maybachs, Enzos, F40s, F50s, Maclaren F1 trucks and is approved by prestige marques. Nigel also holds a number of concours awards which includes winning class at Bentley Owners Club Concours 2009. 2009 best AC Cobra , Brooklands and 2008 finlist in the double twelve with his sunbeam tiger in the Spirit of Brooklands which ironically I saw last night when he personally went that extra mile to drive some belongings over to my house that I had left behind at his studio.

Although Nigel currently offers a mobile service for a number of high profile clients he's based at Philness Coachworks in Esher, Surrey

I have no hesitation to recommend Nigel to my own clients (golf industry) as I'm a firm beliver in word of mouth referral. I've uploaded a couple of photos from my iphone which aren't great quality (thanks Apple) and don't reflect the feel of the paintwork but i hope you'll agree that it's in great condition for a 4 year old car

Thanks

Looks lovely Tony. I agree with you that the top detailers are pretty undersold for the work they do. Especially when BMW, Audi etc rip you off with that supagard type product when your £300 would be far better spent on a good detail. Keep up the great work chaps!

Hi - Would be unfair to comment on price as each job is different depending on the amount of time Nigel feels the car needs. Drop him a line, he'd be happy to talk you through the process.
