Whats the deal then....

I've purchased the display car pass (+some rides), but what is the protocal for the actual day? Could someone point me in the direct of details or someone in an authoritive position post details please?

i.e. Times we have to be there, if there is a special entry gate, how we identify ourselves as ph'ers. etc etc...

Is anyone meeting up before and convoying in?

Hi Graham, all the details of the day are on The Childrens Trust Website.

In terms of what time you need to arrive, that is totally up to you, the show officially starts at 10am, however gates open at 9.30 and as you're a PH'er you'll be parking in the PH static display area which means you can arrive even earlier to miss the traffic. which is likely to be heave so the earlier you arrive the better

all you need to do when you arrive at Dunsfold is show the pass you have printed out (which was sent as an attachment to the email you received with your booking confo) to one of the marshals and state clearly you are part of the Pistonheads group and you will be directed to the PH parking area which is at the end of the runway near the plane display and the helicopter rides.

As for a convoy, i'd love to arrange one myself but i have to be at Dunsfold by 7am to set up but i believe there may be a few people congregating ( smile ) at Guildford Cathedral at around 8am.

The two entrances available are Compass Gate and Stovolds Hill

be careful when using the postcode on the Dunsfold site as it doesn't take you to an entrance, it's better to use Stolvolds Hill as your point of reference
hope that's helpful mate?
