Tuscan alarm - Thatcham approved

Does anyone know if the original Tuscan alarm is a Thatcham approved one, I cannot seem to find any information on it.

According to a letter from TVR, all cars manufactured from August 1999 have a meta alarm fitted to Thatcham cat 1.
