Monaco GP Goers!

OK, a friend and I are off to Monaco tomorrow morning for the GP and many drinkies.
Anyone been before? I am well aware it's going to cost a fair bit but luckily for us we have the use of a 2 bed flat 2 mins from the tunnel for zilch so it all works out pretty cheap. However, do cheap bars even exist out there?!?!? And if so, where?
How about the parties, any chance of blagging your way in. Having had a read on the Ferrari et al. forum apparently Stringfellows are giving away some tickets!! I've done the online bit but have received nout. Anyone know what the score is?
