Wanted : E36 dampers / springs

I've recently bought a rather tired E36 325i SE and although it passed the ticket today the rear dampers have seen better days, and the fronts are nothing to write howe about.

So question is has anyone recently swapped out their springs and dampers and have a decent (i.e known recent replacement history) full car set sitting in the garage?

I'm based in and around Crewe so local would be ideal!
