My 92 eunos has developed a major water leak, it is dripping in a big way from below the bottom pulley. I have checked the thermostat housing and associated pipes above it and they all seem fine. It seems to originate from behind the pulleys somewhere but i didnt think there were any water pipes in that area ! Any help would be much appreciated as the car is booked for a track day on the 22nd. Thanks

It's your water pump.

You might as well get your cam-belt changed at the same time as it's got to come off to get to the water pump.

Sounds like water pump. Mine went last month. At first it wasn't overheating but was leaking water. Then seemed to stop leaking (as much) but would overheat after about driving one mile from cold!! I couldn't/ wouldn't change it myself, so took it in to have the belts and pump done. Local garage did it for me for about £380.

Best of luck....

I have the exact same issue, new water pump going in on Monday. Before that I have had the water inlet manifold replaced and a few hoses that decided to let go one after the other.

Before I order a new one, do you see the wet bit on the right hand side of the pulley, as you look at it?
