Cerbera 4.5 Ebay

Just wondering if anyone knows the story about the Cerbera 4.5 on Ebay?

Apart from no MOT, electrical problems and last on the road 2008. It is appears to have a 4.5 engine but DVLA record records 4185cc(factory upgrade?).
Any thoughts ?

Too expensive. God knows what you might be getting yourself into. I'd only consider that at half the price in the knowledge that I could do most of the work on my own.

Walk (sorry, run) away at that price.
It is a 4.5 - the DVLA records were often wrong.

The chassis doesn't look the best, from the one dodgy photo from underneath you can see a rusty outrigger/side rail.
It will need a lot of money spending on it.

Wow rusty outrigger and the exhaust is a standard box hanging very low. The tailpipes should be closer to the bodywork than that.

I spoke to the guy about this car. I know what needs doing and certainly doable if you like getting your hands dirty.

I was all set to go and have a look, but I had to go to Singapore with work and ended up stranded ther due to the volcano ash cloud.

Never did go and have a look.

Oh well, the urge of returning to a Cerb is increasing...

The exhaust could be as simple as having slipped of the rear hangers, then again .......

Are you sure that is ALL of the work that is required?

At the end of the day I didn't go and have a look so I'll never know.

But I bet there is someone on here who's been and had a look...
