MSM Insurance

I have been in contact with MSM with regards to insurance on the following cars

94 griff 500
03 T350c
00 Tuscan Red Rose

All 3 were just over £1k with 5k pa mileage, agreed value, 90 days euro cover.

Now i think that is ver good value when you consider my circumstances...

Driving Experience (1 year as an additional driver but didnt claim) - All they required is proof that i didnt claim so sent them a copy of the renewal letter.
Live in quite a bad area with regards to insurance
Car would be garaged.

Think im going to seriously start looking for my dream car now, anyone fancy swapping their T350c for a Mk1 Focus RS + 10K your way??? Pretty please?

Think i'll go to racing green sometime soon and try and get some test drives.

Without meaning to pry and I know you've started umpteen threads on the subject but if the cost of insurance was such a big issue for you are you sure you can afford the running costs - especially on a speed 6?
Why not start with a 500 Griff which is a fairly basic car and very easy to work on, you'll get a good one between 10 & 15k.
A decent 2003 T350 will set you back closer to 18/20k, same probably for a Tuscan S.

Insurance cost was a big issue because i sort of see it as dead money. I dont really get anything back for it.

I would rather spend that sort of money on a service / on the car as i feel im getting something in return.

It wasnt i didnt have the money it was purely out of priciple.

i can see where your coming from on that.... Like im not at all worried about the MPG of my car but i am about the price per litre..... contradiction but i think thats just the way it is
