I was unfortunate to end up in A&E the other night with my Son. He is fine now but I was shocked to see so many Chav babies. What looked like a one year old had a dummy in it's mouth which was attached to a big gold chain around it's neck. Another, which could not have been more than about 9 months old, had large gold hoop earrings.

It's worrying that chavs are able to breed at 4times the rate of the rest of us.
My logic behind that is that while we adopt a 'can we afford to have kids' attitude, they adopt a 'can we afford not to' approach.
My wife and I are 26 and 29 respectively, and it will probably be another 3-4 years before we start a family; when hopefully we will be in a suitably robust financial position.
Our chav counterpart meanwhile would have began producing offspring around a decade ago, and expected the government to provide a house/food/fags/booze/elizabeth duke tat.
That's a bit tongue in cheek, but it really does worry me that scrounging neer-do-wells seem to be breeding like rabbits, at some point this country will ground to a halt when the balance tips and the vast majority would rather spend their days watching Trisha.

It is frightening, I think you should have to buy a licence to have children. (once you have been vetted by some sort of official system of course.
Time to put a value on things.
Earn free healthcare by paying taxes. If you are genuinely not able to work then stuff should be free. But for genuine cases only.

e has a kid, she should have it taken from her for adoption unless she can prove she can support it without state aid.
If she's under 16 - prossecute her for underage sex - and the bloke. Easy to trace through DNA/PNC
Time for A and E to make decisions for non life threatening injuries.
Worthless chav comes in with a broken hand, pissesd drugged up making a noise. Elderly gent polite and tax paid up comes in with the same injury. It should be back of the queue chav - you;ve not paid for this service. If there's time you will be seen.

Won't work. The elderly gent will sit quietly and patiently while the drunk chav will run riot making lots of noise. t world where the chavs know the system and how to play it (just like the pikeys). I saw a classic example of this at the job centre recently. Everyone sitting waiting patiently (30 or so, running a bit late, no surprise). Chav comes in, sees the 'queue' and kicks off. The JC security blokes handled him well and he got seen to within 5 minutes. Meanwhile 30 people were sitting, watching, thinking "I want to kill that chav". Like he cared...bazking69 said:

But at the same time, look how many of those Daily Mail "chavs on £1000000 a year" articles relate to people who have lots of children, and the people in those almost invariably say they're "entitled" to have more children, it's their "right" and nobody can tell them otherwise.Getting round the massive sense of entitlement the chav classes have is going to be a major problem. They think the world owes them a living. Just how do you get out of that one? Short of starving them to death, I mean.
