Prog to open .EDG file....?

Client has sent 2 files over in .EDG format. They are flowcharts for a proposed website. He's not available to ask, but does anyone know of a prog that will open them?

Looked at them in notepad and they are just text files with co-ordinates and other bits in them...

Would something like IrfanView (sp?)do it?
