Plumbing in a Boost Controller

Please can somebody send me a diagram of how to plumb in a boost controller into my gto 3r, its all wired up and in position with the boost solenoid in engine bay, ive got the AEM Tru Boost controller. Ive plumbed a couple into single turbo rx7's and simular cars, but they have always been externally wastegated, So i just need confirmation on the route of the vacuum hoses to reassure myself so i dont cock it up. what makes you think you need one ?

the std amal valve is capable of running the show fine

too much boost and you will damage your valve seats

to plumb it in you need to tee between the pipe that goes to the amal valve(on intake manifold) and the intake manifold

i believe the ecu varies the boost as std on a gt03 and above...

Yep, and those with the knowledge have always said the MBE is very capable at controlling boost.

Don't see a need for a standalone boost controller, since if you incease boost, you need to remap fuel anyway...

OP - i assume you don't intend raising boost without a remap...?

Of course i dont intend on increasing the boost without a remap, im booked in with trevior jasper at the end of the month and want it plumbed before then.

OK - was only asking. Just seemed odd not let the MBE do the boosting...

Plumbing an aftermarket boost controller is same as for any other car. Solenoid Output - T Piece - Actuators.
