Doh! Forgotten to pay congestion charge - what happens next

[Stu 9-5]

Went to London on Wednesday, got home and drank lots of wine... Busy at work all day yesterday and today and about an hour ago I realised I hadn't paid the charge (what a t1t).

Anyway, does anyone know how I can pay it now - online payment seems to only reach back as far as previous day... how much should I expect the penalty to be?

£80

[Plotloss]

You wait for the penalty notice, you type the details into the cclondon website and they take £60 off you.
