Are the wheels coming off Jenson Button?
Discussion
Seems appropriate to jump down his throat, what's happened to him recently looks very out of sorts and seems to be full of excuses why he is slow or rather the car?
So are we seeing Jenson now exposed for what he is, I.e not genuinely quick unless all the moons of Jupiter are aligned?

What about Alonso?
He's aparently the best driver, in the best funded team, wins the first race, then hits the barrier and damages his car beyond repair this morning. The juniors, and Petrov, and Heikki didnt damage their cars that much.
So, apart from his wheels literally comming off in Monaco, surely he is more then JB?

Thing like this happen occasionally, like Lewis did here previously. He's aparently the best driver, in the best funded team, wins the first race, then hits the barrier and damages his car beyond repair this morning. The juniors, and Petrov, and Heikki didnt damage their cars that much.

(Fernando left the best funded team, he's at Ferrari now.)

How so?So he's 3 for 3 qualifying performances, 2 for 0 wins and 21 points ahead of Lewis yet his "wheels are coming off"? If the race finishes the same as quali he'll still be joint first with Webber and 19 points over Lewis.
It's McLaren that are struggling to give either of their drivers the equipment to perform.
Its often said that the only fair comparison in F1 is of one driver to his team-mate. At the moment Jenson is on 70 points, Lewis on 49. I fully expected Lewis to beat Jenson quite easily at the start of the year, but have been surprised at how he has ground out RESULTS.
And I think thats the point, points win prizes and so far this season Jenson has been best at gathering up the points. You can say others have been unlucky etc but thats not Jensons fault.

Probably being so dumb as to form an opinion on 1 Quali.
There should be an IQ test before you are allowed to discuss things on here.
The current championship leader has been slow in FP2 and FP3, then Quali.
There are still 13 more races to go! At least wait until Montreal/Valencia/Silverstone.
