I have a security smoke machine deveice I'm trying to fix at the moment. It basically has a small diameter pipe thats blocked. I'm pretty sure a blast of compressed air would zap it. Has anyone got access to some kit that might be suitable?

have you thought of taking it to your local garage or tyre fitter?

I am sure any friendly garage would help u with this, hold on a moment, i own one! If u can get to Greenway Garage, Newton on Ouse just north of york and off the A19 u would be most welcome to use our compressor and we have a tiny nozzle ( used for blowing out blocked washer pipes) that might help. greenwaygarage.com for directions and tel. Stephen.

Cool thanks for the offer smile

Just to give you an idea on the problem this is the unit

That small brass pipe goes down into a solid aluminium billet, winds round and round and come out down the bottom. Apaprently the fluid congeals inside and causes a blockage. The pupms that pump the fluid in are not very strong (you can stop the flow with your finger) so they cant work past the blockage.

Trust me to find this problem having just spent over a grand on some stock!

If you find yourself in Leeds in a week or so I've got a small compressor in the garage and a slim blow tube. It's good for about 110psi.
