Mk3/3.5 Forced Induction - where is it at?

Last I heard there were problems with engine management for the Cosworth S/C - does anyone know if things have developed?

There's a guy over on mx-5.com's forum who has a Supercharged 2.0i Sport. He's had the stronger internals fitted by Cosworth and it's now running fine I believe.

The Mk3.5 has stronger engine internals than the Mk3 engine.

Is that the tarkmalbot chap? Nice looking car. Yes as I understand it the 3.5 has different internals - I've dug around on miata.net but most of the FI stuff seems to be Mk3.

It is yes - though from reading on there he sold it a couple of weeks back!

AFAIK Paul Roddison now owns that car.
