Idiot in a Silver M3 (E46) in Otford earlier this afternoon.

Decided that the 30mph and 40mph limits didn't apply to them, and thought 60mph+ was more appropriate.......

I think its a bit one sided to call this person an idiot without hearing both sides of the story. Unless the other person comes forward i think its unfair to comment, could have been a sticky throttle or something?

I drove like an idiot once(cough), I was in a crappy Astra, pissed loads of people off at the time, but I had a plane to catch. It was all worth in the end, I just made the check-in by seconds.

I am sorry but this is not a good enough reason to put pedestrians and children at risk. Doing 60mph in a 30mph zone is idiotic to say the least and i nearly got hit by one 2 years ago. I hope drivers like this breaks their leg crashing into a lamp post and so that they can never drive again!!!

Was he just coming off of the dual carriageway? Not making excuses for the driver, but that is a very odd section of road. If he was coming through the village, on the other hand, he needs his head examining.

If there was something wrong with his car he would have his hazzards on or be sounding the horn?

Why isn't he allowed to mention it? There thread upon thread of someone did this, someone did that. Why is this different.

Yeah I wouldn't do 60 in a 30, but I did tail gate and changes lanes a bit. That my idea of drivng like an idiot too
